Can I be notified when it’s back in stock?
Yes, you can! To do so, please select the item, color, and size you would like, then enter your email in the pop-up window to be notified if the item becomes available again.

Can I cancel my order if my item is backordered?

- Go to the Order Status page.
- Enter your order number or email associated with the order, and the billing or shipping zip code.
- Select View Order Details.
- Locate the backordered item you wish to cancel, then click Cancel This Item.
- This will remove the authorization hold and release the funds back to your account to allow you to replace the item at your convenience. Please keep in mind that although this is processed immediately on our end, it may take a few business days to reflect in your account based on your bank’s policies.

If the item is too far along in the order process to cancel, no biggie! We have an easy and efficient return process you can use to send the item back to us for an exchange item or a refund.
When will I be charged for my backordered item(s)?
- When your order is placed, an authorization for the order total will be placed on your account. Your payment is not charged until your item(s) ship.
- Until the backordered item ships, you will see an authorization pending for the backordered item amount. Once your backordered item has shipped, your payment will be charged. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to view transit details and update any delivery preferences through the carrier’s website directly (UPS or FedEx depending on your region).
How will I know when my order will ship?

- Keep in mind, some items will ship separately. In these instances, you will receive a shipping confirmation email for each package shipped with details of the items in the package as well as tracking number.
- Because your payment is not charged until item(s) ship, you may see incremental charges if your order is shipping in multiple packages. These incremental charges are equivalent to your order total.
What communications should I expect to receive?

- If your backordered item is delayed past the original estimated shipping timeframe provided when your order was placed or is cancelled, we will notify you via email. You can also view status updates through the Order Status page.
Why is my backordered item delayed?
- When an order is placed for a backordered item, the shipping date range provided is an estimate based on the expected delivery of the product to our warehouse. This timeframe can vary based on factors outside our control including adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We will keep you updated via email with new expected shipping dates should your backordered item experience a delay, and you can always view expected shipping dates and other status details through the Order Status page.
Why was my backordered item cancelled?
- There may be instances in which product shipments are not received at our warehouse due to unforeseen circumstances, or a particular item is in such high demand that we’re unable to fulfill all order requests. In these cases, the authorization of funds being held for the requested backorder item are released back to your account.
Will my items ship separately if only some are on backorder?
- Yes, we want you to enjoy your item(s) as soon as possible! Once item(s) are available and ready to ship, our teams will package and send them your way.
- This can result in split shipments if some items in your order are on backorder. Once your backorder item(s) become available, we will ship them out in a separate shipment. When the item is ready to send to you, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to view transit details and update any delivery preferences through the carrier’s website directly (UPS or FedEx depending on your region).
